First enterprise web portals were built for customers and partners. Now, it's time to turn clumsy employee systems into usable web portals that look and feel good.
You should have strong front-end development skills and be ready to build apps on top of REST APIs. Backend development experience is a plus, especially if you have used Node.js on the server side. Extra points if you have a good understanding of usability and UI-design, or are eager to learn.
Include "I love JS" in your application form and get a chocolate bar with your coffee or tea during the interview. 🙂
You will mostly work with Nordic clients. Sometimes you will also work with clients from Latvia, Germany, Netherlands and Russia. You will need at least B1 level of English for this. We also run regular English courses with native instructors to help you.
Projects are complex, and teamwork is essential. To communicate with colleagues, you will need Latvian or Russian at C2 level. German, Dutch and Nordic languages are a plus, but not required.
